Hamilton, who for over 40 years was one of the greatest and most influential photographers in the entertainment industry.

John Wayne’s son, actor Ethan Wayne, serves as the Director of the John Wayne Cancer Foundation and President of John Wayne Enterprises. Laurie Kratochvil, former photo editor for Rolling Stone Magazine, is the curator of the Hamilton archive. Amy Shepherd is the Executive Director of John R. Hamilton Archives and Vice-President of John Wayne Enterprises.

The John R Hamilton Archives, one of the greatest collections of Hollywood photography in existence, contains over 100,000 era-defining images of the most iconic celebrities from the 1940s to the 1990s. johnhamiltoncollection.com

The entrance to the Annenberg Theater is located behind the Annenberg Theater Box Office, adjacent to the Palm Springs Art Museum's North Parking Lot.
Ample free public parking is available in the multi-level public garage across from the Palm Springs Art Museum.
