Delve into the personal connections that defined John Wayne and his contemporaries, including Clint Eastwood, Dean Martin, William Holden, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr, Ann-Margret, Natalie Wood, Steve McQueen, Kirk Douglas, Patrick Wayne, and others, all through the lens of photographer John R. Hamilton, who for over 40 years was one of the greatest and most influential photographers in the entertainment industry.

John R. Hamilton's photography provides a captivating glimpse into this era, preserving the essence of these larger-than-life personalities. From the glamour of Hollywood to the vast landscapes of the American West, Hamilton's lens immortalizes moments of authenticity.

Through anecdotes and cherished memories, gain a deeper understanding of John Wayne, both as an actor and as a person. Discover the authentic bonds that formed among these legends, both on and off the screen. Using the extensive photography found in the John R. Hamilton Archives, they will take you behind the scenes, sharing stories of John Wayne's friendships with fellow Hollywood icons.

"John Wayne, Hollywood, and the American West" offers more than a presentation; it's an opportunity to step back in time, comprehend the connections that defined an era, and pay tribute to the enduring spirit of John Wayne.
