Details

The Sustainable Homes Tour is a self-driving tour of some of the High Desert's most "eco" homes.  Attendees will have access to private residences not normally open to the public, where they will be able to view homes powered exclusively by the sun, and in most cases, are completely off-grid.  Talk to the owners about their process of building the homes or what it's like to live off-grid.  Get tips and tricks for your next project, or just an idea of where the future of self-sustainable dwellings is heading.

Watch an on-demand conversation with sustainable design architect, Don Albert to kick off the tour, or view the homes first and afterwards see what Don has to say about their design.  The video will be available to view online, or download the podcast version and listen while you take the tour!  With this wealth of information, walk away from the tour with renewed inspiration, knowledge and a passion for sustainable, luxury living.
