Hot Purple Energy Architectural Bike Ride

Hot Purple Energy is excited to be hosting our bi-annual Midcentury Bike Ride for yet another year in honor of Modernism Week! The “architectural tour” will consist of riding through several Palm Springs neighborhoods that contain midcentury homes. Though the tour is planned as a group event, we will be providing an electronic copy of the course map prior to the event and will have the route clearly marked to allow riders the opportunity to explore on their own, if they wish. We will also be making the route available on the biking app, Strava. We hope you can join us on this neighborhood excursion and encourage you to invite friends. 

Just a friendly reminder that we host the ride but DO NOT provide bikes. Please bring your own bike or contact Big Wheel Tours to rent one: [email protected] or (760) 548-0500. They will fit you at the start of the ride. Bikes available by prior reservation only.

Hot Purple Energy is a local solar company that celebrates the architecture of Palm Springs. We enjoy this great opportunity to show off our town and our aesthetically integrated solar systems in a fun and sustainable way.

Things to Know

For those not riding their bike to the start location, we recommend you park either on Palm Canyon or in the parking lot located off of W Alejo Rd & Belardo. There will be no parking allowed in the Copley's parking lot.
