Canyon View Estates: The Finale
$60 (1 hr), 5 homes on this tour
This is a repeat tour from MW 2023 which sold out the first day they went on sale! Completed in 1967, this is the final phase (HOA7) of renowned architect William Krisel's famed Canyon View Estates. The Canyon View Estates neighborhood was also the setting for the feature film Don't Worry Darling as the town of "Victory."
Located in a separate and enclosed enclave of just 14 homes, each are oversized and boast the largest floorplans in CVE at just under 2000 square feet. Situated on a rise overlooking all of Canyon View Estates, the five (5) homes on tour have unique and separate patio views to the east and south across Indian Canyons towards Southridge and the remarkable Bob Hope house, as well as the beautiful Andreas Hills. Highlights include the iconic umbrella roofline with clerestory windows, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, extended eat-in kitchens with west-facing views, interior laundry, two-car garage, lush landscaping, and a secluded resort-style pool and spa.
The five (5) homes on tour were previously shown on the 2023 tour.
