For only the third time in six decades, Chalet Palms invites you to immerse yourself in a journey through time and design at this year's event—a celebration of Midcentury Modern living and architectural brilliance. As daylight mellows into twilight, join us poolside for an enchanting evening of cocktails and small bites, intertwining communal spirit with the visionary craftsmanship of celebrated architect Barry Berkus (Park Imperial South, Merito Manor.)
Beyond the poolside cocktails and retro snacks, guests are welcome to step inside two meticulously restored residences that showcase Berkus’ clever use of space, highlighting what has become classic Midcentury California Modern.
In 1964, pioneering developer Basil Collier recognized Berkus' emerging talent, entrusting him with crafting 32 units on a pristine three-acre canvas, seizing one of the last expansive parcels in the prestigious Magnesia Falls Cove neighborhood.
