Built in 1960 by the architectural firm of Pleger, Blurock, Hougan and Ellerbroek, the Cathedral City Community Church stands as a testament to midcentury modern design, with a complete exterior restoration and re-imagined interior that now serves as a state-of-the-art recording studio.
The Church opened its doors earlier this year to Multi Platinum Recording Artists; Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top; Debbie Harry and her band Blondie; Paul Rodgers of Bad Company & Free; Ed Roland and his band Collective Soul, plus many more.
Now it’s your turn to join us for an evening to remember in this sanctuary, where spirits only come in bottles, sins are left at the door and no confessions necessary! David J (Haskins) of Bauhaus and Love + Rockets fame will be spinning his vintage collection of 45’s along with live performances from ‘surprise’ guest artists.
So get out your habits and dress flamboyant, cross off the robes and get ready to take a walk on the wild side to party like it’s 2024.
