Mesquite Canyon Estates: A Late Midcentury Enclave

Mesquite Canyon Estates is a Palm Springs gem situated on 17 landscaped acres hiding in plain sight. An enclave of 40 homes representing late midcentury modern architecture, our 2,100 sq ft floor plans are based on Palmer-Krisel designs as updated by architect David Christian (Las Casuelas Terraza and Temple Isaiah) for Roy and Bob Fey. Other landmark developments by the Fey's include Canyon View Estates and Canyon Estates.
