Following 2022's hugely successful Mai Tai Domination event, the competition returns for 2024 and you, the attendees, are invited to determine the champion, once again featuring the iconic tropical inspired Tiki cocktail.
The ambitious trio of bartenders will each craft their own combination of rums, providing a sensational version of the Mai Tai and ‘you’ determine the winner.
Cocktails will be served poolside at an original 1948 Trousdale Estate residence providing the ultimate in outside entertaining, Palm Springs style, along with a Polynesian-themed burger bar and private home tour.

Stellar bartenders representing local venues include last season’s winner, The Marlin Bar, located in the downtown refuge at Tommy Bahama’s; Truss and Twine, the industrial-chic hotspot for craft cocktails; and The Reef, a poolside oasis located within the historic Caliente Tropics Hotel.
