This compelling tour offers the opportunity to view the interiors of seven unique residences, all featuring outstanding interior designs and notable artworks.The homes on this tour represent a historical summary of architecture in Palms Springs, from 1936 to 2016. The tour will showcase a Spanish Revival home constructed in 1936 for the Wurlitzer family. This classic home sits on a large meticulously landscaped property and includes stunning artworks. Next, explore a 1964 Frey and Chambers home filled with classic midcentury furnishings and a design that blurs the lines between indoors and out. The tour also includes a historic home built in 1948 by film actor William Bendix that has been extensively renovated and updated with sleek interior design. A residence constructed in 2015 features Shangri La-inspired grounds and waterfall, a mood reflected by lush interior plantings. Two residences located in the stunning Skye complex complete the tour. One is an homage to Gianni Versace, with expansive mountain views. Another exudes a lush spa/beach resort theme that offers a relaxed vibe with its curvaceous pool including a palm tree island!
