Details
Wear your favorite caftan and mix and mingle with jet-setting modernists and fashionistas from around the globe during this poolside soirée at The Shag House. We will celebrate the history of the caftan from 1963 to today - as we tour the property. Enjoy a poolside gathering with sparkling beverages and gourmet canapés at this very special Modernism Week Featured Home.

Guests will enjoy touring The Shag House during the event. This fully immersive experience will make visitors feel like they have climbed into a life-size Shag painting. Shag has drawn upon his architectural studies and the aesthetic of his artwork to reimagine this classic 1958 home, originally designed by Desert Modern architects Palmer & Krisel for the Alexander Construction Company.

Don’t miss this lively afternoon of fashion by the pool as we celebrate modernism in true Palm Springs style.
