Details

This quiet neighborhood of 84 homes - 70 designed by Palmer and Krisel, 14 by Meisleman - is a hidden gem of midcentury architecture undergoing a remarkable restoration. Known as Ramon Rise, the Enchanted Village, and most commonly Little Beverly Hills because of the street names that match its more famous Los Angeles namesake, the development features homes with similar floor plans but varying rooflines and orientations to create unique properties of harmonious proportion and design. Also included on this tour is the West Elm House 2017, which has been a Modernism Week tour home and published in California Homes Magazine.

We are proud to be bordered by the new Prescott Preserve.

See how old and new residents alike are lovingly revitalizing this remarkable neighborhood with classic Palm Springs style that emphasizes the elegant flow of indoor and outdoor living spaces perfect for entertaining.  You can almost hear the ice clinking in cocktail shakers as you enter.
