50th Anniversary of Wexler's Hidden Gem: Twin Springs Neighborhood Home Tour

Twin Springs is a beautiful oasis, located in the prestigious Indian Canyon Neighborhood, designed by famed Modernist architect Donald Wexler that opened in 1973. A 40-unit condominium community, Twin Springs idyllic grounds span 5 acres and features a tranquil stream set against the dramatic desert mountains.

Enjoy tours showcasing condominium units that have remained faithful to the era, with many original elements of kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry – even décor. Four condominium units are new to the 2023 tour, with three units previously shown during the February 2022 tour. The Twin Springs clubhouse, which was designed to be your “personal nightclub” featuring a bar, dance floor, kitchen, fireplace, sunken conversation pit and a card room, is included in the tour.
