Live Easy Well Being Program

The Live Easy Well-being Program is a transformative journey designed to help you reconnect with your inner calm and cultivate vitality in your everyday life. Anchored in meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and sound therapy, this program guides participants through practices that focus on specific topics like stress relief, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Each session is thoughtfully curated to create space for relaxation while gently awakening the mind-body connection. 

Through a combination of intentional techniques and sound healing, the program helps release tension and invites a deeper sense of ease and alignment. Whether you’re seeking to restore balance, manage overwhelm, or simply prioritize your well-being, the Live Easy Well-being Program offers a nourishing environment to explore tools that support sustainable self-care and a more vibrant life.

Materials: You are welcome, but not required to bring, a journal and writing utensil, and water. Wearing sunscreen and comfortable clothing is encouraged. 

About the instructor: Lisa Botts, author, sound therapist, Kundalini yoga teacher, and Reiki Master, transformed her life after overcoming anxiety. Founder of The Sukha Life Soundbath + Well-being Studio in Palm Springs and creator of the trademarked Live Easy method, she offers lasting healing through yoga, sound therapy, and emotional self-care, guiding others toward ease and fulfillment.
