Semi-hydroponic Orchid Planting Session

Did you know plants can live without soil? Learn about the fascinating world of semi-hydroponics and how you can grow plants with little to no mess! Create your own self-watering setup using orchids while learning about a whole new way of growing plants.  

Materials: Plants and supplies are provided for the workshop. Students take home their own creations. Great for hobbyists!      

Instructor: Ian Santos is a horticultural artist and the owner of Los Angeleaves, Palm Springs’ one and only houseplant shop. Los Angeleaves provides houseplants and plant-related services to the Coachella Valley, as well as ships their products to recipients across the country. He believes that everyone has a green thumb if they just “dig” deep enough.

Age Restriction: Please note, this class is for ages 14+ only.
