Details

A jewel among our desert neighborhoods, this subdivision truly demonstrates the creative genius of architect William Krisel and the Alexander developers. Eddie Fisher, Debbie Reynolds, Charlie Farrell, and author Ray Bradbury are some of the celebrities who lived in these unique homes. Each house appears to be custom-built due to the alternating facades and site orientations, with a variety of rooflines. The desert landscaping, an integral feature of the architectural design, complements the innovative architecture. What began in 1956 as an exciting "new look" still enchants us today.
