Canyon View Estates: The Finale!
$75 (1 hr) 6 homes on this tour
Back by popular demand! In celebration of Modernism Week's 20th Anniversary, Canyon View Estates–The Finale is thrilled to participate in this exceptional event. Completed in 1967, this is the final phase (HOA7) of renowned architect William Krisel's famed Canyon View Estates. The Canyon View Estates neighborhood was also the setting for the feature film Don't Worry Darling as the town of "Victory."
Located in a separate and enclosed enclave of just 14 homes, each residence is oversized and boasts the largest floor plans in Canyon View Estates at just under 2000 square feet. Situated on a rise overlooking all of Canyon View Estates, the six homes on tour offer unique and separate patio views to the east and south across Indian Canyons towards Southridge and the remarkable Bob Hope house, as well as the beautiful Andreas Hills. Highlights include the iconic umbrella roofline with clerestory windows, three bedrooms, two baths, extended eat-in kitchens with west-facing views, interior laundry, two-car garages, lush landscaping, and a secluded resort-style pool and spa.
Of the 6 homes on tour, 5 were previously featured on the 2024 tour.
