Originally designed by the renowned Palm Springs architect, Stan Sackley in 1976 and beautifully decorated by legendary interior designer Steve Chase, this exceptional home has been thoughtfully updated and reimagined by Grace Home Furnishings. As you explore, you’ll discover the striking original Brutalist Modern features of the home, including unfilled Italian natural travertine floors and expansive walls of glass that offer stunning views of the nearby mountains and the Indian Canyons golf course.

Recently acquired from the original owner and builder, this heritage residence has retained the most important iconic elements of its late 1970s design, which have been creatively integrated into the home’s stylish renovation. These preserved interior design elements by Steve Chase include an intact Emperador marble and mirrored powder room, complete with its original 1970s art sculptured faucet, and a distinctive built-in wall unit crafted in raffia laminate.

Many of the exquisite original Steve Chase furnishings have been carefully refreshed and integrated into the interiors, offering a seamless blend of old and new. The recent renovation of this residence strikes a delicate balance between preserving its historical legacy and updating it for today’s lifestyle.
