ONE-PS Modernism Week Home Tour

The organized Neighborhoods of Palm Springs (ONE-PS) will host a unique self-guided tour of homes that offers an intimate glimpse into Palm Springs’ diverse architectural heritage. Participants will explore five outstanding homes, each epitomizing the iconic design elements that make Palm Springs a mecca for architecture enthusiasts. This year, the tour will showcase two classic midcentury modern homes in Vista Las Palmas, a stunning Spanish Colonial Revival home in Old Las Palmas, an iconic midcentury modern home in Little Beverly Hills and a modern home in the Skye development in the Historic Tennis Club. Selected for their distinctive designs, striking architectural lines, and famous associations, these homes reflect the playful yet sophisticated spirit of Palm Springs.
The self-guided tour allows guests to explore five distinct homes, each located in different historic neighborhoods, highlighting the diverse interpretations of creating a desert oasis.
Guests of the ONE-PS Modernism Week tour will have the opportunity to meet the homeowners and delve into the rich narratives embedded in these architectural marvels. Selected for their distinctive designs, striking architectural lines, and famous associations, these homes reflect the playful yet sophisticated spirit of Palm Springs. Guests will marvel at the unique pools and lush landscapes that complement the desert environment. Proceeds from this tour support ONE-PS’s efforts to energize the network of neighborhoods in Palm Springs.

Things to Know
This tour is for guests 12 and older.
Homes are all located in Palm Springs, across various neighborhoods; this is a self-driving tour.
The check-in location @ CVEP will be open from 9:30 AM–1:30 PM.
Please be sure to check in during the open hours in order to receive your wristband and map of the homes on tour.
Plenty of street parking available.
Restrooms in homes on tour are not available for use.
There are some exterior and/or interior steps.
