2024 marks a milestone-tenth year for Modernism Week in the City of Indian Wells. As we continue to celebrate, this first-time walking tour presents the perfect opportunity to discover an exceptional two-mile area of ungated Indian Wells. You will marvel at this distinguished selection of extraordinary midcentury modern abodes, inspiring interior designs, and abundant celestial views.
We recommend flat walking shoes or sneakers for this brisk meandering walking tour. Each small group of guests will have a tour guide to share experiences about the historic neighborhood including its recently dedicated lush city park.
The tour concludes with a sumptuous poolside reception and an opportunity to meet City leaders and Indian Wells Preservation Foundation members. An informative commemorative publication will be included.

This is a 2-mile walking tour of architectural exteriors, including four home interiors.
Please wear flat, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers, and consider a hat and sunscreen.
A sumptuous, curated cocktail reception will conclude this one-of-a-kind experience.
Volunteers will assist with park and check-in for the tour.
Handicap parking is available.
Free neighborhood street parking.
