Lizzy & The Triggermen at the Annenberg Theater!

An evening of big band swing and jazz with Lizzy & The Triggermen. Dubbed "10-piece jazz sensations" (LA Weekly) and "one of the hottest swing bands in LA" (Good Day LA), Lizzy & the Triggermen has been making waves since they burst onto the So Cal scene. True to their speakeasy vibe, the band first began performing in a legendary, secret club in LA. Word-of-mouth about their incredible live shows quickly spread, and soon they were headlining some of the top venues in L.A., including the Wiltern, the El Rey, and the Troubadour.

Wailing horns, killer vocals, and lethal rhythm section, the band channels the electrifying swagger of the big band sound and makes it feel new and modern through a mixture of originals and re-imagined vintage gems.

At the helm of it all is Lizzy: a charismatic siren with a searing wit and soaring voice. Her "powerhouse vocals" (Broadway World), forged singing opera, recall the great old divas while still sounding completely unique and new, along with a fun, femme fatale swagger.  But the star power doesn’t stop with Lizzy. It emanates through her entire incredible band, a multi-generational dream team of crushers who have played with everyone from Wynton Marsalis to Benny Goodman.

Deeply rooted in the sound and swagger of bands like Basie and Ellington, their music is infused with a myriad of unexpected influences: from R&B to Bebop to Broadway to Indie Rock to even opera. There is no doubt that what Lizzy & The Triggermen are doing is audaciously against the grain…but it is clearly resonating across an incredibly broad range of audiences.

The entrance to the Annenberg Theater is located behind the Annenberg Theater Box Office, adjacent to the Palm Springs Art Museum's North Parking Lot.
Up Front VIP seating first 5 rows A-E. General Admission rows F-P.
Must be 18 or over.
Ample free public parking is available in the multi-level public garage across from the Palm Springs Art Museum.
Handicap parking is available.
This activity is wheelchair accessible.
